About the Role:
The Housekeeping Manager at our Adventure Centre plays a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness, organisation, and overall ambiance of our facilities. This position requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail. The Housekeeping Manager oversees the housekeeping staff, ensures adherence to cleanliness standards, and collaborates with other departments to uphold the overall guest experience.

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in housekeeping or facility management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in housekeeping operations.
Proficiency in using cleaning equipment safely.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Schedule and Contract Types:
This position requires availability for both weekends and evenings. Please note that this role
may not be suitable for individuals whose availability is restricted.
