In 2023, Ballyhass Adventure Group became certified as a B Corps company, a sign of our dedication to benefiting not just the company, but also our employees, our community, and the environment. Becoming certified is the start of our journey, not the end, and we will be setting and exceeding goals each year to ensure that Ballyhass continues to benefit everyone.
We’re also extremely excited to have been certified as a Great Place To Work! Great Place To Work is an organisation that surveys your employees to see what kind of a workplace you have, meaning it’s anonymous and employees can be totally honest. So this certification comes from our employees which means we’re very proud of it! Our favourite quote from one of our staff when asked “What makes Ballyhass a Great Place To Work?” has to be this:
“Words can barely describe how much I love my workplace. I’m constantly raving about it. The staff makes the job even better, I get along with every single person and I am happy to work with anyone. The job itself is great fun, I get to work with new people and completely be myself.”
