Terms & Conditions 

Full T&C’s are available online at www.ballyhass.ie/terms&conditions and on arrival at reception. Adventure and non Adventure activities, by their nature, can be dangerous and carry an element of risk. All persons participating in all Ballyhass Lakes activities or courses do so voluntarily at their own risk. Ballyhass will not be held responsible for damage or injuries to persons or loss of their possessions. Ballyhass adventure group is proud of its safety record, our high standards of instruction and delivery of all activities on site. At Ballyhass Adventure Group we take every precaution for the safety of your group members. Participants agree to partake in a compulsory safety briefing prior to each activity. In the absence of negligence, no claims shall be made or entertained. Any media taken by a member of the Ballyhass team of groups or individual participants may be used for promotional purposes. By signing this waiver, participants of the wakepark and adventure pass holders agree to the terms and conditions set above until the end of the current calendar year. It will cover repeated use of the wakepark and all activities across Mallow & Coachford up to and including daily sessions for the duration of the season. It is the participant’s responsibility to update their waiver if there any changes to medical conditions that would affect their ability to safely take part in any activity. 

Teacher/Leader Important Information and Terms & Conditions. 

Group members are not allowed to use any equipment that requires supervision during the break period. The group leader should be available for general supervision during lunch and other break times. Ballyhass Adventure group does not accept responsibility for items lost. It is recommended that valuables such as - jewellery, watches, electronic devices, mobile phones, money or cards etc – are not brought on the outing. Group leaders are not required to partake in sessions but the option is available. It is advisable that any group members who require the use of an inhaler should keep it about their person. Each group member should have his or her name clearly marked on any inhalers. Please be advised that Ballyhass Adventure Group staff are not permitted to administer any medication. Disruptive group members will be removed from sessions and must then remain under teacher/ leader supervision until the end of the day. Not following the guidance and instruction given by staff will be considered a breach of the terms & conditions and may result in the suspension of the activity for that group or individual. In this instance, no refund shall be given. Participants will need to bring with them swimming togs, a towel, a full change of warm clothing, shoes/runners to be worn in the water, a packed lunch, rain gear / sun protection as appropriate. There is a modest shop at Ballyhass where minerals and chocolate can be purchased. All programmes may be altered at any time to take account of weather conditions. 

Payment Terms & Conditions 

Payment can be made by visa, Mastercard, Laser and cheque (please make cheques payable to Ballyhass Adventure Group) Or online at www.ballyhass.ie/payment A non refundable deposit of 20%, or is required to secure a booking. Payment of the balance must be received at least two weeks prior to the commencement of your activities date.

I confirm that I have read and accept the terms and conditions. I am physically fit to take part in any Ballyhass Adventure Group Activities and give my permission where is deemed necessary by Ballyhass staff, that I may be conveyed by ambulance, car or other means to hospital or doctor for the purpose of medical attention.
