Lost property after camp
Ballyhass strongly recommends that all clothing, towels, bottles, lunch bags and overnight items are clearly labelled before camp starts. It makes it much easier for the team to reunite children with their belongings during busy camp days.
This is especially important for residential stays, where sleeping bags, pillows, towels and spare clothing can easily get mixed up if they are not labelled.
Any items found on site will be moved to lost property where possible, but Ballyhass cannot guarantee that every item will be identified immediately, especially where items are unlabelled or very common.
If your child is missing something, contact the Ballyhass team as soon as possible with a clear description of the item, the camp attended, the date and the location. Labelling belongings gives you the best chance of getting them back quickly.
Camp requirements can vary slightly by programme, age group and activity mix. Always check your booking confirmation or camp page if a specific camp has extra kit notes.
