Recharge and refresh at our Evening Sauna Sessions. Every Tuesday/Friday evening and Sunday Morning, head down to the natural swimming area and immerse yourself in our saunas while surrounded by the tranquility of the crystal clear lake.

Book in Advance to Avoid Disappointment
We will only go ahead with the evening sauna sessions if customers are booked in. If no bookings are in by 4:00pm on the day, the sauna will not be lit and the session will not go ahead. Book online in advance to ensure we know you are coming and the session goes ahead.
Plunge into the cold waters of Ballyhass Mallow lake or chill-out on one of our bean bags while looking out onto the lake. No swimming allowed in this package but the area will be lit for you to plunge into the water close to shore. The cold water plunge is optional but you must take breaks from the sauna every 10 to 15 minutes.

- Use your adventure pass discount for up to 4 friends per booking

- 6pm - 7pm
- 7pm - 8pm
- 8pm - 9pm
Strictly over 16’s - under 16’s will not be permitted under any circumstances
Please shower before arriving, we have showers facilities onsite to avail of.
Bring flip-flops or wet shoes
Do not wear any oils or lotions
Take off all your jewellery before entering the sauna - metal will heat up faster and could burn you.
Drink at least one glass of water before and after your sauna session.

Is this sauna suitable for me?
If you are under 16, pregnant, have heart / blood pressure issues, or heat effected health issues unfortunatly this sauna is not for you.

What is Hot & Cold Therapy?
This is alternating between a hot and cold environment and great for healing muscle injuries. It triggers your blood vessels to constrict rapidly and therefore elevates blood pressure.
Can I bring my own oils?
Not for this session, on occasion you may use these in private hire sessions but please let Team Ballyhass know what you are using before.
Can I combine this session with other activities?
Absolutely yes! perfect with open water swimming, SUP, Kayaking, Wakeboarding and more!! Call the bookings team from more information.
