Ballyhass Experience Guarantee

Adventure should feel exciting — not uncertain

When you book Ballyhass, you are not just booking an activity. You are booking into a team, a standard and a way of doing things that is built to help people feel safe, supported and included from the moment they arrive.

These are the promises that shape how we run our sites, how we support groups and families, and how we help people step outside their comfort zone in the right way.

What this page is really saying

Ballyhass is committing to six simple things: put safety first, respect challenge by choice, make first visits easier, maximise participation, adapt where possible and deliver proper value for money.

Safety first
Challenge by choice
Max participation
Adapt & accommodate

We know outdoor activities can feel like a big step for some people — whether that is your child’s first camp, your own first time on an Aquapark, or a group organiser trying to make sure everyone is looked after. This page sets out the standards we hold ourselves to every day at Ballyhass.

1

Safety comes first

Above all else, we will never knowingly put you in a dangerous situation. Safety runs through our training, communication and day-to-day work on site, so you can take part with confidence that the team is looking out for you.

2

Challenge by choice always applies

We might encourage you to go a little higher, jump a little farther or try something new — but nobody will ever be forced into something they are not comfortable doing.

3

We help take the fear out of the first visit

New places can feel intimidating. That is why we are happy to arrange a site visit in advance for individuals, parents, schools and group organisers who want to get a feel for Ballyhass before the day itself.

4

We aim to maximise participation

Nobody wants to feel left on the sidelines. We will always do what we reasonably can to help people stay involved, whether that means adapting the role they play or helping them stay connected to the group experience.

5

We adapt, adjust and accommodate where we can

Plans change. Issues come up. People arrive with different needs. If something is worrying you or you are unsure how a booking will work, get in touch. We will always try to help if there is a practical way to do it.

6

We believe in real value for money

We want you to leave feeling that Ballyhass delivered a proper experience, strong support and a day worth talking about afterwards. That means fair pricing, good service and an experience that feels worth the effort of booking.
